Akiiki Nyanjura has suffered severe Arthritis for close to 17 years and all her knee joints are worn out. The back is equally affected. This has left her legs deformed and the pain is immeasurable. As a result she is unable to walk or stand for even 10 minutes. This has affected her way of living.

She needs over 60 million Uganda Shillings to undergo Total Knee Replacement Arthroplasty, and the back as well to enable her walk again.
