Hello, I'm David and I'm trying to raise funds for my oldest brother John who has aggressive brain cancer.

John was first diagnosed with brain cancer in early 2020, undergoing his first brain surgery, months of radiation and 1 year of chemotherapy. All went better than expected and it appears that the remaining tumour in his brain was dead.

Then in late October 2021, John found himself at work unable to speak, brain scans revealed two new tumours. One of the tumours was ¼ the size of his brain (pressing on his brain causing speech issues), the other smaller tumour buried deep within his brain and is inoperable.

On October 25, 2021, John had undergone his 2nd brain surgery. Although most of the large tumour was removed, not all could be removed. The Dr did not want to damage the healthy part of his brain, that makes up John’s personality. Biopsy results were received July 26, 2021...you have a Glioblastoma (grade 4 brain cancer) and about one year to live...is what the Dr said.

John and our family have had some time to absorb this life-altering news. We have processed the news and have gone through our freaking out stage, we have cried our eyes out and now we are wiping away our tears.

John is now ready for the Fight of his life, literally! We are NOT giving up!

As a brother, I am devastated this is my only brother, my heart. Sometimes it's hard to breathe or think or focus on anything. I eat and want to throw up, I think and want to sleep, I go to bed and my mind is racing and I can't sleep. I never thought this would be me...please I'm begging for ANY help...please help me try to save my brother's life!
