Fatmil Said is a Ugandan and a student at kibibi Muslim. He is in s.4. He wishes to be registered and he gets a chance to complete his O'level but he has failed to get school fees and money for registration. He lives with his mother who is sickly and is not working at the moment. Am here to seek for help on their behalf for school fees for this term and next term and registration.
