I'm SSEMUJJU JOHN WANDIRA aged 37years. I completed my Grade III and awarded Teacher's Certificate as a professional teacher in 2014 by the ministry of education. My need is to go for upgrade from Grade three to Grade V then DEGREE in this period before the Ministry of Education cancels my certificate.
I would have completed my study but due to shortage of tuitions I'm unable to achieve that basic need my carrier.
