Good day members am ssettaka isaac edward from nansana kabulengwa i got an accident following after being hit by a heavey jerican filled with sand when i was constructing a shallwell , i got severe pain in my right hand sholder , scapular and neck pain i was taken to mulago hospital and x-ray -C-spine was done which indicated bust# C ,5 spondylotithesis C5-C7. i was also taken in CT scan unit and the report shows that i got cervical injury : history ,unehencedhelical axial cervical reformat: findings: There is (grade 1,) antero-lithesis of C6 over C7 with associated adjacent mild spinal canal narrowing. Note is made fructure of the spinousprocesses of C7. The AP diameter mesures 0.9. Features are of post -traumatic ( grade 1) antero-lithesis at the level C6/C7 with associated mild adjacent spinal canal narrowing as described above and urgent spine surgeon review advised .i was told to buy cervical collar and medicine so help me GOD BLESS YOU
