Due to the COVID19 pandemic many employees are living in uncertainities of whether after this whole season they shall still have jobs or not. It is a time of reflection from within that incase am retrenched what is the way forward?, what else can I do and still survive! for the jungle seems not to show us mercy. I have been graced with the opportunity to be a diversified skilled person not only in the area of information technology but as well possess naturally and professionally music skills which I passionately adore. It is a dream I concieved quite a number of years ago but have not been able to start due to limited funds. It has hit me hard though it is true, in such a time like this, self employment is a way to go if we are to survive in this jungle.

The Integrity sounds is a business idea conceived by Mr. Kizebwana David Victor with an aim of improving music by setting up a music studio. The mission for this studio is not only produce music but be able to provide employment opportunities to youths through production, receptionists and the workforce team in the field.The studio is also intending to implement training class based on compositions and hands on like piano players and other instruments, Djs, these among others will benefit with skills and employment opportunitues in the studio first and other media platforms that need their skills,
like Televions, Radio stations among others and since the skills aquired are practical it enables them to establish employment opportunities for them selves and become self reliant and more creative. This will also help in upgrading the creativity level of the artists in ensuring the quality of music produced. The studio will ensure that all music produced has got the Studio Label drop so as to promote and advertise the studio for the business to grow. In Uganda, most studios are set and operating as home based studios, but the Integrity studio is a business oriented initiative with along term goal of operating on a large scale recording all kinds of music and discovering talents in every aspect of Life.
I believe if accorded with any support , what was once a dream will have turned into a reality.
