Dickson Mushabe ( Co-Founder Dolphin Fund)

Dickson Mushabe is the Founder and CEO of Hostalite, one of the leading Web Hosting, Design and Software Development Companies in Uganda, East Africa. He has over 9 years of experience in Information and Communication Technology, Information Exchange Systems and Business Automation.
Founder of Cinnamon Clubs, a Fintech company that automates financial records of savings groups.
He is the author of the bestselling business book, “I am Not Sorry For My Mistakes”.
He is the founder of Hostalite Cyber Academy, an institute that empowers students with practical I.T. skills and hands on experience.
As a founding member and promoter of the SME association of Uganda, his enthusiasm enables him to quickly connect with entrepreneurs, making an impact on them to take action. He has spoken at different business meetings including: The Annual Business breakfast organised by the Investors Club of Uganda; Joomla Day, Uganda; CMS Africa, Nairobi; Vodafone Power Talks, as well as several Radio and TV Talk shows.
Dickson served as Director Board of ICT Association of Uganda – ICTAU.
He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Global Shapers, an Initiative of the World Economic Forum.
Certified by the International Trade Centre SME Trade Academy, Dickson is a Standards and Certifications Professional for IT and ITES Outsourcing.
Dickson serves as a mentor and judge for the Big Ideas Contest, University of California, Berkeley and is also a guest lecturer at the Uganda Management Institute (UMI). He has an MBA, majoring in Management Information Systems for Business.
