Michael Alunga is one of Uganda's most promising young amateur golfers. He is a senior member of the national team and has represented the country several times, winning many accolades for the nation.

Alunga has decieded to take his game to the next level and moved to the Kenyan amateur circuit where he is currently ranked 3rd on the table after 6 events of 33. This incredible achievement is just the beginning of what is possible for this amazing talent. He is playing courses he has never seen before against Kenyan home grown golfers and consistently finishing in the top 10 and top 5 of leaderboards.

Alunga has moved to Kenya and needs support to maintain his drive to be the top ranked amateur in Kenya and have a way into the pro ranks where he has a chance to join the Safari Tour and earn the kind of money his golf skill deserves. He has managed to get by with his own savings and some help from friends but he needs and deserves a lot more support. Living alone in a foreign country is hard financially but also mentally and emotionally.

Alunga is one of the most hardworking, disciplined and warm hearted members of the Uganda Golf club, ever smiling and sharing his time and skill to develop other golfers. His skill and personality deserve your kind support.

We need to support our own as he takes on and dominates the Kenyans. Give with a warm, open heart to help this young, focused Ugandan achieve his dreams. Thank you for your generosity.
