Before T.O.U.C.H Ministries was established 12 years ago, The Ogooma Community was taking unsafe water from the natural water-source being shared with domestic and wild animals putting them at risk of contacting several water borne diseases. Establishing a safe water source is a historical project in T.O.U.C.H Ministries as it was the first project to be impplemented. Two water points were drilled for water to be pumped from underground using solar pumps to provide clean and safe water for the orphaned and vulnerable children in T.O.U.C.H Ministries and the community. Thousands of people have benefited from this water source. However, the two water solar pumps have blown and the water can nolonger be pumped for use by the school and community, causing a big crisis. The Ogooma Community is at risk of taking contaminated water which they stopped taking 12 years ago. Education of children is at stake and requires urgent support.
