- Most average people will never own their own homes because of the high cost of building and getting access to morgage in Uganda and generally in Africa .Affordable housing range from 45,000,000/= Uganda shillings for a decent two room house .However because of income inequality most people especially vulnerable women cannot afford to build even such basic houses.Our Perfect Home (OPEH) is a social enterprise that aims to provide affordable housing or home ownership to those with low income in Uganda and beyond.
