Rwebuga Aziizi is Ugandan who holds Fisrt Class Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Enginnering and Masters Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Houari Boumeddine University in Algiers, Algeria.
He attended his Primary education at Mbarara Municipal School, Sentah College and Mbarara High School for O'level and then Ntare School for A'level.
Shortly after completing his Masters Degree in 2015, he suffered what seemed to be a minor mental lapse but it has persisted todate.
He is facing a very huge challenge to get his life back together and him being one of the very Bright students of his generation, I believe that he still has a lot to offer for our country.
