We have been renting two rooms in a Kasubi slum on the outskirts of Kampala to house 16 of the 32 children in our care. The other 16 are in the village with my mother. Housing in Kampala is quite expensive, so have had to place the children in the Kasubi slum which is cheaper. Our goal is to get them out of the city and into the countryside where life is safer and more wholesome. They deserve so much better...

EMERGENCY SITUATION
Bad news has come from our landlord... He has given us only until the 28th of June to leave our 2 rooms because the owner is back from abroad and wants to renovate her house. This is a disastrous situation for us!

We are calling upon everyone who can help us to raise $2,000US = 1,916.60€ = 7,550,638.00 UGX as soon as possible to cover 6 months of housing for the children. The 28th is arriving quickly!
