A helping hand Uganda was birthed at the start of the Lock down in March when
Rhona and Betty, 2 social workers were bombarded by endless phone calls from families that were at the verge of starving , requesting for at least a day's meal. That is 500grams of posho, and a few silver fish.

Today by God's Grace, and the relentless support of amazing men and women they have helped deliver food packages to more than 120 families, bought diabetes medicine to one person that could no longer afford to buy his medicines and clothes and decent beddings to one pregnant lady who could not afford any, as the lock down continues to bite hard on peoples financial sources, starvation and lack of other basic necessities continues to press on many families.
