Am Ssefuma Musa aged 32, adriver, aresident of Kalagala Masaka District Uganda. Humbly request for fundraising for my elder sister Nasanga Sulaina, aged 46, awaitress and aresident of Kimaanya Masaka District Uganda.
she was diagnised with kidney failure and needs to have a kidney transplant but for time being she has been refered t Kiruddu Hospital Uganda for dialysis.
These funds will be used for dialysis and kidney transplant.
